Does anyone know what Pointwise picks are?

Whats Up Hawaiian!...I am leaning to the Ravens at this time, but need to look a little deeper into this one before I confirm it...Anyways, I got this from a colleague of mind, ...its Pointwises NFL Plays and also their other affiliated sheet picks the Red Sheet...GL and Aloha CC.

I also posted a thread for comments on the ravens...you know what happens when it looks easy its usually not so im going small on ravens still...
